CRUSOE Pro
The CRUSOE Pro is a best-in-class closed-circuit rebreather originally developed for military special forces and specialized rescue units. It provides 4 hours of stealth, self-contained breathing in a rugged 13.5 kg unit. CRUSOE Pro is designed for elite tactical teams who require absolute reliability in hazardous environments. From special forces missions to clandestine ops, CRUSOE Pro has your back when air supplies are a matter of life or death.

Closed-Circuit System
Uses 100% oxygen rebreather technology to recycle exhaled breath, scrub COâ‚‚, and add oxygen as needed. No reliance on ambient air – ideal for chemically contaminated zones. Operational duration is ~4 hours per fill, greatly exceeding traditional open-circuit SCBAs (~30 min) and matching the longest existing rebreathers on the market.
Assistive, Positive-Pressure Breathing
Sensor-controlled blowers reduce breathing resistance while maintaining constant positive pressure in the loop—lowering operator burden during high-exertion tasks. This not only improves comfort and endurance but also reduces fatigue, helping operators sustain focus and effectiveness during extended missions.
Extended Ops via Hot-Swap
Features Caeli’s hot-swappable scrubber and oxygen cartridge system. A spent scrubber canister or Oâ‚‚ cylinder can be replaced in the field within minutes, minimizing downtime. This lets teams push beyond 4 hours by swapping in fresh consumables as needed (with proper training).
Ice-less Cooling & Clear Vision
Air-cooled (ice-free) loop delivers comfortable inhalation temperatures without pre-mission ice logistics; controlled visor flow helps prevent mask fogging and preserves field of view.
