Dual-Mode Operation
Seamlessly switch between closed-circuit and PAPR breathing. In hybrid mode the system always maintains positive pressure, preserving oxygen for when you truly need it. This innovation yields up to 12 hours of continuous use, redefining what’s possible in the field.
Hot-Swap Oxygen Magazine
A back-mounted quick-release oxygen unit allows on-the-fly cylinder replacement. Operators can replenish the O₂ supply without removing the mask or breaking cover – a game-changer for continuous operations.
Positive Pressure & Assistive Breathing
Twin sensor-guided micro-blowers maintain constant positive pressure while reducing breathing resistance. This powered airflow eases breathing under stress and minimizes operator fatigue. An integrated cooling system regulates inhaled air to comfortable temperatures, even during prolonged or high-intensity missions.

Digital Monitoring
An integrated digital control panel provides at-a-glance status of critical parameters – remaining oxygen, scrubber life, battery levels, and system health. This heads-up awareness lets the operator focus on the mission with confidence in their life support.
Rugged & Fire-Resistant
Built for harsh conditions, the CRUSOE HP’s housing and breathing hoses are sleeved in fire-resistant Kevlar® to protect against heat and exothermic chemical reactions. The unit is waterproof and shock-tested, ready for battlefield, subterranean, or high-heat environments.
