Our Mission

Caeli Technologies was founded in 2021 in response to a critical U.S. DoD need for a 12-hour rebreather solution. Our mission is to empower those who protect us with life-saving breathing technology. We design and deliver next-generation rebreathers that enable military, first responders, and industrial teams to survive and succeed in the most hazardous environments. Every product is built with one goal in mind: keep the operator alive, breathing, and effective until the mission is complete. We are driven by the belief that extending the window of survivability directly translates to saved lives and mission success.

We are mission-focused and operator-centric in everything we do

Our core values include

Innovation & Excellence

We constantly push the boundaries of breathing technology (such as inventing the first hybrid PAPR/CCBA rebreather) to give users a decisive edge. Quality and reliability are non-negotiable – lives depend on our gear performing flawlessly under pressure.

Survivability

We prioritize solutions that protect life in extreme conditions. Whether in combat or disaster response, Caeli systems are engineered to maximize survivability and endurance for the operator and those they may rescue.

Integrity & Trust

We deeply honor the trust our users place in us. Many of us come from the communities we serve – military, rescue, law enforcement – and we instill integrity in our work, testing rigorously and delivering on promises.

Collaboration

We work closely with defense agencies, first responder units, and industry partners worldwide. By listening to end-user feedback and fostering open collaboration, we ensure our products truly meet real-world needs (our ongoing partnerships with the U.S. DoD’s IWTSD and Israel’s DDR&D are prime examples).

Global Security

We are committed to strengthening global defense and public safety. From the U.S. and NATO allies to developing nations, our vision is to equip those on the front lines of global security and emergency response with the best breathing apparatus technology available.

Transparency

We believe trust is earned through openness. In an industry where discretion and security are paramount, Caeli is committed to clear communication with our partners, clients, and end-users—sharing data, performance, and results with integrity. Transparency ensures accountability in every mission we support, and reinforces the confidence operators place in our systems.

History & Milestones

In less than two years since our founding, Caeli has progressed from concept to operationally proven systems. We delivered our first rebreathers in 2023, and they have already been successfully deployed in live missions by special operations and response units worldwide.

This rapid validation under fire (achieving TRL 9 operational readiness) underscores our team’s unique ability to innovate swiftly and effectively. We continue to scale production and global outreach – on track to capture ~5% of the US/EU breathing apparatus market by 2030 with our expanded product line.
